Refund Policy

At Sparkling House, we strive to provide professional, timely, and satisfactory service. Because our services are scheduled in advance and require the allocation of staff and resources, we apply the following cancellation and refund policy:
Cancellations
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time will not incur a fee and will receive a full refund if payment has already been made.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a 50% charge.
If the Sparkling House team arrives on-site and is unable to access the property or no one is present, it will be considered a late cancellation and no refund will be issued.
Refunds
If you already paid in advance and the service was canceled according to the above terms, we will issue the corresponding refund within 3 to 5 business days, using the same payment method.
No refunds are offered once the service has been completed, except in exceptional cases where there is a valid complaint. In that case, we will evaluate the situation and, if applicable, a corrective cleaning or partial refund will be offered.
